Mark 12:38-40, ‘As He taught Jesus said, “Watch out for the teachers of the law. They like to walk around in flowing robes and be greeted in the market places, and have the most important seats in the synagogues and the places of honor at the banquets. He sees and judges what our motives are rather than our outward appearances. As men, we can deceive each other, living well scripted lives that portray us to be one way, earning the praise and honor of men, but deep down we know the truth about ourselves, we can fool everyone and anyone but ourselves and God.
