Victory

Psalm 118:7, ‘The LORD is with me; He is my helper. I will look in triumph over my enemies.’ Believer, the creator of the universe, He who made something from nothing, He who sees the end from the beginning, He who spoke and it was, the great I AM, I with you, He will never leave you nor forsake you. He is your helper and will provide a way for you where there is none. It does not matter what you are faced with, nothing is too big for Him, nothing is impossible for Him. Your enemies might have already written you off, rejoicing that they have destroyed you, rejoicing over your corpse and your death but He has brought you back to life, to restore you to your former position, to uplift you even higher than you have ever imagined. You are no longer a servant but a child of the Most High God through Jesus Christ. You can now look over your enemies in victory, knowing that in Christ you have made a spectacle of them, that you have the victory, that you are more than a conqueror in Christ, that you are the head and not the tail, you are the first and not the last, and they no longer have a hold on you. Run to Him now for He will give you shelter, respite and rest from the heavy load of oppression you are carrying. Allow Him to fight your battles by living in obedience to His will for you, let Him direct your steps into paths of righteousness. Fear not evil, for He is always with you and will never leave nor forsake you and will give you victory over the enemies.
