The Way of Salvation

Hebrews 10:1-4, ´The law is only a shadow of the good things that are coming – not the realities themselves. For this reason it can never, by the same sacrifices repeated endlessly year after year, make perfect those who draw near to worship. If it could, would they not have stopped being offered? For the worshipers would have been cleansed once for all, and would no longer have felt guilty for their sins. But those sacrifices are an annual reminder of sin, because it is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins.’ There are two ways to get salvation from our sins. The first one is by us being Holy from the time we are born till we die. This should be done by fully observing the laws of God in spirit and not like the Pharisees, who misinterpret the law to suit their way of life but as God would want you to (like lusting after a woman in your mind is considered adultery!), an impossible feat for throughout all the period of mankind, no one has ever done it except one man, Jesus the Son of God; or we can just accept it as a gift from God given to us by His grace that we receive in faith through Jesus Christ by believing that He is the Son of the true living God, that He came and died for our sins, was resurrected on the third day by God, and that in this we also live in Him as new beings, living in love and obedience to Him. His sacrifice was once and for all, therefore all our sins are forgiven in Christ and when we approach God, He does not see the wretched self that we are but Christ who dwells in us.
